NEW YORK, March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Bowne & Co. Inc. (AMEX: BNE), a leading financial printer, announced today that its board of directors has elected Franz von Ziegesar as chairman to succeed Edmund A. Stanley Jr.
Von Ziegesar, who was formerly president, will continue as chief executive officer. Stanley will continue as a director.
In addition, Bowne announced that Richard H. Koontz was elected president. Formerly executive vice president, Koontz will continue to serve as chief operating officer and a director.
Von Ziegesar began his career at Bowne in 1951, as a trainee. He became a vice president in 1959, and a director in 1961. In ...
