CHICAGO, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- JMB Realty Corp. today announced that 1985 cash distributions to participants in its publicly offered real estate limited partnerships totaled a record $191,843,000.
The amount was distributed to approximately 235,000 investors in 29 partnerships organized from 1971 to 1985. These distributions represented cash from operations and proceeds from sales or refinancing of properties. In 1985, JMB-sponsored publicly offered limited partnerships sold or refinanced 19 properties. The previous high distribution by JMB was $151,750,000 in 1984.
