DANBURY, Conn., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Union Carbide (NYSE: UK) President Robert D. Kennedy today announced a new, streamlined organization structure and several key management appointments.
As previously announced, Warren M. Anderson, chairman and chief executive officer, has recommended to the board of directors that Kennedy be elected chief executive officer at its meeting on April 23.
Four major business groups, each with a president and worldwide responsibility for its product lines, will report to Kennedy, effective immediately. The business groups and their respective presidents are:
