The Assembly A Palm Beach,
When commissioned to design the Assembly Restaurant at the Plaza Del Mar [shopping] Center in Manalapan near Palm Beach, Brad Elias of Hochheiser/Elias Design Group was confronted by a raw two-story space devoid of internal organization. Thus considerable work on space planning and expansion was needed before execution of the targeted assignment: to design a dining facility conceptionally fashioned after the New York Assembly Steakhouse, the client's popular counterpart property in the north.
