NEW YORK, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Biotech Capital Corp. (BCC) (NASDAQ: BITC) today announced the completion of its acquisition of 47.5 percent of newly issued common stock of The Learning Channel (TLC), a Washington, D.C., based cable television network, for $3 million.
BCC also now holds an option to acquire up to 51 percent of TLC, under certain terms and conditions.
