LOS ANGELES, May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Automobile Club of Southern California has joined local governments in support of Proposition 47. If approved by the voters June 3, the constitutional amendment will ensure that vehicle license fee revenues, collected by the Department of Motor Vehicles at time of vehicle registration -- currently generating more than $1 billion annually -- will be allocated to cities and counties.
