Production of chlorinated (brominated) paraffin wax products, a key research project for development of a new generation of highly efficient frame retardant plasticizers, has succeeded in medium scale production and passed technical assessment. The project has a capacity of 300 tonne a year and the R&D was taken by the Chemical Research Institute of Anhui Province and Taizhou Petrochemical No. 2 Plant of Jiangsu Province.
