NEWARK, N.J., June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- People Express Inc., (OTC: PEXP), the parent company of People Express Airlines Inc., and Frontier Airlines Inc., announced today that for the month of May People Express Airlines flew 1.7 billion available seat miles, carrying 1,038,618 customers 923.8 million revenue passenger miles. The load factor for the month was 53.6 percent.
Last year for the month of May, People Express flew 1,008,040 customers a total of 944.2 million revenue passenger miles for a load factor of 63.5 percent.
