DALLAS, June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Lear Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: LPT) said it has been informed by telephone that the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans has substantially affirmed the judgment of the Federal District Court in favor of PGC Pipeline (PGC), a subsidiary of Lear Petroleum, against Louisiana Intrastate Gas Co. (LIG), an affiliate of Tenneco.
