The Second International Conference on Printing Inks was staged by the All-India Printing Ink Manufacturers' Association on 22nd and 23rd February in Bombay. Of note was the participation by overseas speakers. The star feature was the outstanding keynote address by Shigekuni Kawamura, president of Dai Nippon Ink and Chemicals Inc (DIC) - the largest printing ink manufacturer in the world.
