METHUEN, Mass., July 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Parlex Corp. (NASDAQ:PRLX) today announced its purchase of the fixed assets and inventories of the Advanced Hybrid Products Group of the PCK Technology Division of Kollmorgen Corp. Terms of the cash purchase were not disclosed.
The Advanced Hybrid Products Group, located in Nashua, N. H., will relocate to the facilities of the Parlex Thick Film Hybrid Group located in Salem, N.H. The combined operations will now be known as the Microelectronics Group of Parlex Corp.
