Article: DEVELOPMENT OF METHANOL INDUSTRY IN INDONESIA: Delayed by Presidential Decree No. 39/1991

It appears that the four methanol projects will not materialize as originally scheduled as a result of the issuance of Presidential Decree No. 39/1991, which essentially controls the flow of offshore commercial loans and limits their amounts, especially loans for big projects which will be realized in cooperation with state companies or will take advantage of government facilities.
