NEW YORK, June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Morgan Stanley Group Inc. announced an offering in the Euromarket of U.S.$200 million floating rate notes due 1993.

The notes are being offered outside the United States through an international syndicate led by Morgan Stanley International. The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and will not be offered or sold in the United States or to U.S. persons.
