All over the United States, flooring dealers are looking to the perimeter to increase profits. Perimeter-installed vinyl flooring is making a difference in the retail showroom.
According to some reports, perimeter-installed vinyl accounts for about 40 percent of all sheet-vinyl flooring sold today. And it's not hard to see why.
'It's a very forgiving product,' says William Krueger, Custom Carpet & Tile, Farmington, NM. 'It can be installed over virtually any reasonable sub-flooring situation.'
Perimeter-installed vinyl flooring makes up about 60 percent of sheet-vinyl sales at Custom Carpet & Tile.
