Article: Balgres Grows, Expands Facility

Balgres C.A., Caracas, Venezuela, reports that it plans to invest $25 to $30 million in its new, high-tech production facility. The firm currently manufactures 600 different types of ceramic tiles in a variety of shapes, colors and designs.

The firm recently hosted an International Convention in Caracas for more than 50 members of the distribution community in the United States and Central America, as well as members of the trade press.

Balgres' parent company, The Lamaletto Group, is a 30-year-old holding company made up of 19 firms that specialize in the import, distribution, wholesale and retail markets of several items.
