Weight control is a battle ground of cliches like "a losing battle." But regardless of the current increase in our collective weight (unemployment and economic stress are fattening) and the cognitive dissonance or conflicting images between convenience foods and healthy foods, an increasing number of consumers feel they are winning or holding their own in the losing battle with the help of specific products.
