This month, David Krebs - a former rock manager - hopes to debut the National Times, a monthly 'greatest hits' of news and commentary culled from newspapers and other media. Given the shrinking number of readers in America, this may not seem like the safest bet. But years of plugging the likes of Aerosmith and AC/DC has made him a master of the media schmooze.
