NEW YORK, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. announced today that Peter C. Jaquith has joined the firm as a managing director to head its Los Angeles corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions activities.
He will join Marshall Geller, director of the investment banking and brokerage firm's Los Angeles office in expanding the firm's corporate finance activities.
"We are planning to increase our participation in investment banking activities in the Los Angeles area by increasing our group of senior-level investment bankers in Los Angeles," said Geller.
