WARREN, Mich., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Bundy Corp. (NYSE: BNY) announced today that it had completed its acquisition of the tubing division of Eluma S.A. Industria e Comercio of Sao Paulo, Brazil, whose sales for the most recent fiscal year approximated the equivalent of U.S. $29 million.
Located in Sao Jose dos Campos, an industrial center outside Sao Paulo, this newest subsidiary of Bundy produces many of the same small diameter tubing products manufactured for the automotive and refrigeration industries by Bundy's tubing operations elsewhere in the world, as well as larger diameter tube products for mechanical applications.
