Inc. today replied to the report of the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department and repeated their request to the attorney general to give "immediate approval" to a joint operating agency between the Detroit Free Press and the Detroit News)
In a 34-page response to the Antitrust Division's report on the April application by the two companies for approval of a JOA in Detroit, the two companies took issue with a number of points in that report.
