Analysis Finds Majors Are Among Big Winners as Crude Prices Fall
MAJOR OIL COMPANIES as well as the individual consumer are the big winners in the current climate of reduced crude oil prices, maintains Douglas Gill, assistant for petroleum policy research at the University of Denver, in a different and interesting analysis.
