Frontier Oil Aims High With Plans To Revive Former Husky Refinery There's a new kid on the block in the Eastern Slope gasoline dumping ground in the Rocky Mountains.

That's where the Chase Pipeline unloads surplus products it gathers in the "Group" refinery patch on the Great Plains. The name of the newcomer is Frontier Oil and Refining Co., new owner of the former Husky Oil Co. refinery in Cheyenne, Wyo.
