An addition brought them a new dining room, living room, and bedroom
With seven rooms--including three bedrooms --crammed into 700 square feet, this Tucson bungalow near the University of Arizona campus seemed better suited to student housing than family life. Making it possible for the owners to enjoy their house and garden meant creating more room--not more rooms--and putting existing space to better use.
