NEW YORK, Sept. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- W. R. Grace & Co. today announced the election of David G. Nancarrow to the company's board of directors.
Nancarrow, 60, is founder and chief executive officer of Nanco Enterprises, a diversified international company involved in water treatment and food services. His other business interests include insurance brokerage, general executive aviation and ownership of Santa Barbara Magazine.
In forming Nanco Enterprises, Nancarrow has been responsible for founding Rayne Corp., a water-conditioning manufacturer, and has acquired several other water treatment companies, including Bruner Corp. of Milwaukee. He founded ...
