Audio Craft finds niche at high end of its market For a year now, a horde of home electronics chains has been embroiled in a rough-and-tumble fight for stereo and VCR buyers in Greater Cleveland. But through it all, Wayne Puntel has kept his six Audio Craft stores above the fray with high-end merchandise, superior customer service and just a touch of snob appeal.
