ROUND ROCK, Texas, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Carroll Touch, Inc., announced today that it has acquired the assets and product lines of Touch Technology, Inc. (TTI), an Annapolis, Md.-based manufacturer of resistive overlay touch systems.
The contract price was not disclosed. Carroll Touch, the Texas-based susbisidary of AMP Incorporated (NYSE: AMP), is currently recognized as the world's leading manufacturer of infrared touch systems and a pioneer in touch technology.
