De La Rosa Eyes Sole Ownership of Bianculli SAN FRANCISCO -- Victor De La Rosa, co-owner and co-designer of Bianculli, a handwoven sportswear company, plans to buy Paul Bianculli's 50 per cent share of the company to become its sole owner.
Once the transfer of ownership is completed the firm's label will read Bianculli by Victor De La Rosa, instead of Bianculli alone.
According to De La Rosa, Paul Bianculli hasn't been actively involved with the company for the past two months, although he still owns half of the business. De La Rosa said he expects to take over the business shortly and continue to design and manufacture the collection as in the past. ...
