South Coast Plaza set to open wing on Friday
COSTA MESA, Calif. -- South Coast Plaza's Crystal court addition officially opens Friday, anchored by S.W. Robinson and The Broadway. The wing will open with 70 specialty stores and is expected to add significant volume to what is already the top volume shopping center in California.
Developer Harry Segerstrom anticipates the 1,100,000-square-foot, $100-million addition will enable South Coast Plaza to reach $735,000,000 in sales in 1987. Volume hit $450 million in 1985 and should easily eclipse $500 million in 1986.
