Approval of an Emergency Gas Act Urged by IPAA
DALLAS -- One solution to the problems facing the natural gas industry would be in Emergency Natural Gas Act. That's the recommendation by the Natural Gas Committee of the independent Petroleum Association of America.
At today's drilling costs, $1.50 to $2.00 per Mcf for gas would make many prospects work, if only there were a market and non-discriminatory transportation so producers could get to those markets.
