CLEVELAND, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- AB Electrolux, Stockholm, Sweden, has entered into an agreement in principle with Emerson Electric Co. to acquire Emerson's outdoor power products division, Beaird-Poulan/Weed Eater.
The acquisition is subject to approval by the Swedish Central Bank and certain other filings.
Beaird-Poulan/Weed Eater manufactures gas and electric string line trimmers and other portable garden tools and chain saws in the United States. The division has manufacturing ...
