LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Tender Loving Care Health Care Services, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: TLCI) and Staff Builders, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: STAF) today announced that they have mailed the joint proxy statement-prospectus and other proxy materials in connection with their respective special meetings of stockholders, each of which is scheduled for Dec. 23.
At the special meetings, stockholders of each corporation will be asked to vote on the proposed merger of Staff Builders and a wholly owned subsidiary of Tender Loving Care. If the merger is approved, Staff Builders will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Tender Loving Care, and Staff Builders ...
