NEW YORK, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., today announced two new cooperative promotions with the health care industry working with American Medical International, Inc. (AMI), in Houston and Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
The offers, made exclusively to American Express Cardmembers in the Houston and Philadelphia areas, will be followed by a series of cooperative efforts p1anned with major medical centers throughout the United States.
