The International Finance Corp. (IFC) has approved a financing package ($3.5 million loan, $500,000 equity investment) for Abonos del Pacifico S.A., which will build and operate a bulk-blending fertilizer plant at Orotina, on the Pacific coast:
* The plant will produce and sell 80,000 metric tons of mixed fertilizer per year, said the IFC.
