DISNEY FILES ACTION AGAINST LOS ANGELES RETAILERS
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Walt Disney Co. (NYSE: DIS) today filed an action in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against more than 90 retailers in the Los Angeles area from whom products, including apparel and jewelry bearing unauthorized likenesses of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and other Disney characters, were purchased.
