Article: PMDN AND PMA PROJECTS APPROVED IN FIRST AND SECOND WEEK OF AUGUST 1995

In the first two weeks of August 1995, the BKPM (Investment Coordinating Board) approved at least 16 new and 24 expansion projects under the PMDN (Domestic Investment) Scheme. The biggest new PMDN project was the project of PT Citraland Adicakra, with a proposed investment of Rp 416 billion (around US$184.8 million). The company, which will engage in the property business, will build an office building with a total space of 110,000 m2. Located in Jakarta, the project will absorb 160 local workers and four expatriates.
