Mexico and Nicaragua on December 2 resumed negotiations for a free trade agreement in Managua, after almost a year of interruption. The negotiations were "attractive" as they would give security to both countries' producers and exporters, said Oscar Aleman, foreign trade director at the Nicaraguan Economy Ministry.
