Northview Corp. OTC-NOVC
Northview Corp. is the successor in interest to Vagabond Hotels Inc., which was incorporated in California in 1960. Vagabond changed its name to Northview Corp. in June 1984. In June 1985 shareholders approved a change in the company's state of incorporation from California to Delaware. As of March 1, 1985, the company had nine wholly-owned subsidiaries. Until late September 1983, Northview Corp. was principally engaged in the development and operation of Vagabond Inns, primarily in California, offering moderately priced accommodations.
