In the wake of Ivan Boesky's agreement to trade prosecutors information for a lenient sentence, cohorts of the "king of arbs' are thought to be deluging government investigators with proposals to make similar deals. The latest rumor on the Street is that as-yet-unnamed suspects, who may have been fingered by Boesky, will be rushing to make guilty pleas before January 30.
