The Government and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) have signed nonreimbursable technical cooperation agreements (TCAs) Nos. ATN/MT-4758-ES and ATN/MT-4759-ES, designed: (a) to help finance the restructuring of the energy and telecommunications sectors; (b) to promote private investment; and (c) to support the efforts of the Government in the restructuring and privatization of these two sectors:
