Article: RIMBA NIAGA IDOLA (RNI) OFFERS SHARES FOR BUSINESS DIVERSIFICATION PURPOSES

PT Rimba Niaga Idola (PT RNI), which deals in the trading and marketing of textiles and textile products (TTPs) and rattan products, has made a plan on a limited public offering involving 6,650,000 common shares with a face value of Rp 1,000 per share. Based in Jakarta, this company is certain to offer these shares on 10 January 1997. PT Arab-Malaysia Capital Indonesia has expressed its willingness to buy the unsold portion of the shares.

In 1990, PT RNI offered 1,200,000 common shares at a bidding price of Rp 3,380 per share. In 1994, it issued 2,850,000 bonus shares.
