/ADVANCE/RADNOR, Pa., March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' declaration of an official war against drugs -- through its President Richard H. Frank -- ultimately won't be enough, asserted a producer of Hotel (ABC) who stated, "It's going to take almost...dictating."
Henry Colman stated in a special report on TV and drugs in the current (March 21) issue of TV Guide, "If the academy had the power, it would say, 'O.K., Hotel, you're to do one episode. Hill Street Blues, you're going to do two.' ...There should be an overall campaign ...some ongoing responsibility on the part of every show to do something."
