CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Company of Los Angeles and Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company (OTC: PACC) of Chattanooga today jointly announced the signing of a definitive agreement covering their previously announced plan for Provident to acquire all of Transamerica Occidental's group life and health operations.
