HARRISBURG, March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Twenty-three county bar associations from across the state will receive achievement awards from the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) as a result of their efforts to improve the legal profession, the justice system and the community, at a special awards ceremony during the 21st annual seminar of the Conference of County Bar Leaders.
The seminar, to be held April 3-4 at the Hilton at Lackawanna Station in Scranton, is designed to orient and educate lawyers who are or will become local bar association officers.
