/ADVANCE/DALLAS, March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- A new study by the National Center for Policy Analysis says the United States is falling behind the rest of the world in commercial development of outer space.
The reason: Burdensome regulations and erratic federal policies are discouraging private companies from investing in space. According to the study:
