US Textile, Apparel Firms Hearing Chant: Build in Jamaica NEW YORK -- A popular television commercial, featuring palm trees, turquoise water and white, sandy beaches, coos, "Come back to Jamaica." But if Peter King and his associates at the Jamaican National Export Corp. have their way, it's not just transient tourists who will answer that call.
