When Thomas Dunlap, chief operations officer for Thompson Properties of Florida Inc., hired consultant Judith Reagan to help him iron out a little problem with one of his developments, he didn't know what he was in for.
"She's an absolute demon,' Dunlap says, referring to Reagan's persistence.
