Stansbury builds quality culture at NDS

A day at information giant National Decision Systems busy offices in Encinitas is a glimpse at corporate utopia. And an hour with NDS president Mike Stansbury draws a clear picture of how the company became so good.
"You have to take care of the clients," said Stansbury. "Quality is the number one priority. But you can't get that unless you take care of your employees, too.
"We wanted to create a culture here where we took care of our employees. I want them to get up in the morning and say, 'Son of gun, NDS isn't such a bad place to work."
