Suit seeks to detour takeover of Rocky Mount by ex-execs
WASHINGTON (FNS) -- Two former executives of Rocky Mount Undergarment Co., Inc., who resigned after they were accused of defrauding the company, are leading a group trying to take over Rocky Mount to delay prosecution of those charges, according to a complaint filed by the company.
Rocky Mount has asked a federal court to block former president and chief executive officer David Greenberg and his brother, former vice president and secretary Herbert Greenberg, from gaining control of the company.
