LONDON, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Morgan Stanley Group Inc. (NYSE:MS) today announced an offering in the Euro-market of Japanese Yen 25 billion, 4-3/4 percent notes due May 21, 1993 at an issue price of 101-3/8.
The net proceeds to Morgan Stanley Group (amounting to approximately $175 million) from the sale of the notes will be used to finance the growth of the company's businesses worldwide and other general corporate purposes.
The notes are being offered outside the United States through an international syndicate led by the IBJ International, Ltd. and Morgan Stanley International. The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of ...
