NEW YORK, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Ten prominent Soviet directors, playwrights and actors arrive in New York on Sunday, May 17 for a two week tour of American theatre.
The group will spend six days in New York, and the go on to Connecticut, Rhode Island, California and Texas.
Their visit completes a cultural exchange between the United States and the Soviet Union, begun last December when American theatre artists met their Soviet counterparts and saw stage productions in Moscow, Leningrad and Vilnius.
